License Agreement

This is a proprietary, commercial software license. It is not an open-source or noncommercial license. By downloading, installing, or using CloudSync ("the Software"), you agree to these terms.

1. Grant of License

SeraVault grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software, subject to the terms below.

2. Personal Use (Free)

Individuals may use the Software free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes. The free tier is limited to one connected storage provider and one sync folder.

3. Commercial Use (Subscription Required)

Any use of the Software by, for, or on behalf of a business, nonprofit, government body, or other organization — or any use connected to a trade, profession, or commercial activity — requires an active paid subscription, regardless of the number of providers or sync folders used. Subscriptions are purchased through the in-app checkout link or cloudsync.seravault.com. A subscription also removes the provider/folder limits described above. Subscription pricing, billing, and renewal terms are as stated at the point of purchase.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the Software or access to its subscription features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement or licensing checks.

You may redistribute unmodified copies of the Software's installable packages (e.g. via package repositories or app stores) provided this license file is included unmodified.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. SeraVault retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeraVault be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
